Sebastien Hollich is a 20-year-old award-winning composer and producer from West Lafayette, Indiana, now based in Boston. Specializing in film scoring while also producing electronic, pop, and other genres of music, his work has accumulated over 3.5 million streams and 5 million views across platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram. In 2025, Sebastien was named “Rising Student Leader of the Year” at Berklee College of Music’s Best of Berklee Awards in recognition of his artistic excellence and campus leadership. As part of the Red Bull x Berklee Scoring Competition, he recently recorded a full orchestral piece at the iconic Synchron Stage Vienna for a Sounds of Red Bull project. Synchron Stage is internationally known for recording blockbusters like Dune, The Hunger Games, Gaurdians of the Galaxy, and House of the Dragon, and Sebastien’s session there marks a major step in his emerging career.

Sebastien has composed music for short films, video games, podcasts, and television, with multiple recent projects earning notable recognition on the festival circuit. His short film Outsider Chimp was an official selection at the 2025 Santa Monica International Film Festival. He also scored Dodgeball, a 3D-animated short selected for multiple film festivals and awarded First Place for "Best Film Of The Year - 3D Animation" at the Rookie Awards 2025, as well as First Place for the "Robert Legato Next Gen Award" at the Infinity Festival 2025. Additionally, Tal Vez Te Encuentre En Un Asalto was a winning selection of the Focus Features 7th Annual Student Short Film Showcase and was highlighted at the 35th Gotham Awards Ceremony.

Beyond composing, Sebastien serves as President of the Berklee Film Scoring Network, where he has curated and conducted in-depth interviews with leading composers and orchestrators including Oscar Winning composer Volker Bertelmann (All Quiet on The Western Front), BAFTA Winning composer Atli Örvarsson (Apple TV's Defending Jacob, Silo), Emmy Winner Brandon Roberts (Star War's Andor, Thanksgiving), and Hollywood Orchestrator Mark Graham (Star Wars, Avengers). These conversations, along with close collaboration in live recording environments, have shaped his professional approach to storytelling, orchestration, and production.

A trained multi-instrumentalist on trombone and percussion, Sebastien brings nearly a decade of ensemble and orchestral performance experience into his writing. He is currently pursuing a degree in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music and works as a Student Ambassador, speaking with new and prospective students and families about life at the college.

Making music is more than just to a job, it's about storytelling and bringing artistic visions to life. Music gives us a way to connect with others on a level thats honest and instinctive.

As a film composer, I get to tell stories and work with incredible visionaries on a regular basis. Every day is different - one day it's writing action, the next, horror. And you never know what new project is going to appear on your doorstep, and its that unpredictability that keeps the experience alive
